Delain Hosting provides fully managed, redundant DNS services for customers using our hosting services.
If DNS usage places excessive load on shared infrastructure, customers may be required to operate dedicated DNS services on customer-managed equipment.
All IP addresses remain the property of Delain Hosting.
Additional IP addresses may be available for an additional monthly fee. Delain Hosting reserves the right to approve or deny additional allocations.
Private IRC servers are permitted only for private communications.
Public IRC servers or servers connected to public IRC networks are prohibited.
Any IRC activity that negatively impacts network performance or security is considered a violation of this AUP.
Peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing software is prohibited on the Delain Hosting network.
The use of BitTorrent or other point-to-point (P2P) protocols on the Delain Hosting public network is prohibited.
